He will create a menu featuring a traditional Italian dinner for you and your guests at their Devine Street restaurant in complete privacy (the dinner will be on a night the restaurant is not open to the public). This will allow a more intimate interaction between the chef and the guests in what is sure to be a once in a lifetime experience.
George and his wife, Monica, have traveled extensively through the different regions of Italy and learned that each region is unique, from the people and culture, to the weather and landscape, to the amazing food and wine.
